Why attainment in schools might be low?
Children and young adults in the UK and beyond with try hard to achieve in school however not all children in do. Here's a list why some students might not do so well in getting attainment and getting there achievements:
1)when students are asked to do a set tasked some might get on really well, however, some might not be able to, maybe its because they have family problems so maybe they need to talk to someone to help them get thought there problem or bad moment.
2) they might be mixing with the wrong people that might be putting them off or they might be with there best friends and chatting away, however they could also be with people they don't like that might cause augments and it could also put them of there work completely.
3) they could think the task is to hard and refuse to do it, however they might not understand it and not ask because everyone else gets it and they don't want to get embarrassed, so then they have no idea what to do and they fail.
These are just some of the reasons.
You see we get credits for doing good in class and producing good work and also answering questions.
and when you reach 50, 100 or 200 credits you get a reward.
however I feel that some people in class and after school clubs can sometimes not get enough credit for there work and there are good reasons why and bad the bad reasons are:
-don't work hard enough
-don't behave themselves
-don't care about what the teachers saying
However there are plenty of good reasons too:
-They could be a quiet person so no one really notices them but the are really quiet clever and produces good work
-teachers could keep on forgetting about them
- there could be a really smart or big headed person in the class and the teacher always pays attention on them and not on anyone else because they know all of the answers
You see.. its not all about people misbehaving and not working hard enough.. maybe its not there fault. And in my opinion teachers should look at a wider perspective and giving everyone a say even the really quite people and making sure everyone's equal and not treating everyone like there stupid and also when students are not on task don't just think there doing it for fun, to mess around think out side the box and all the possible reasons why, sitting down with them somewhere quite and asking the, what's wrong and if they don't want to talk about it to you get someone they can talk about it to.
